[VAL-89] LTP test case fails

Following issues detected when running LTP test case on REC:

1. cannot untar ltp due to permission denied

RunLTP syscalls madvise only :: Wait ~1m for madvise01-10 to complete | FAIL |
Teardown failed:
Several failures occurred:
1) PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied
2) PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

2. execution stalls since waiting for user input
