[REC-8] Create networks with DANM

Create networks with damn (Flannel, Internal, External and optionally SR-IOV depends from target environment.

For example, Flannel to Flannel, Flannel to IPVLAN (if that is supposed to work), Flannel to SR-IOV (if that is supposed to work).

It creates one pod of each type and run a connectivity test (e.g. iperf or some other test that sends traffic and reports some metrics)
