Displays all POD's, Deployed or in a state of being deployed, by Location and Blueprint.
Displays, in the lower panel, the details of a POD selected from the upper panel with the POD list in it.
This lower panel contains a visualization of the rack(s) in the POD, with nodes in the rack(s)
The nodes can be clicked on to display the details of that node.
An "Add Node" button must be available to launch the modal pop-up for adding a node to the POD.
