[PORTAL-4] Create Pod - Edge Site Page

A Modal Pop-up raised from within the Edge Site Page.

It allows the user to:

1) Specify the name of the new Pod.
2) Choose from a dropdown list box, the Blueprint the user wishes the POD to be based on.
3) Choose from a dropdown list box, the version of the selected Blueprint to utilize.
4) A Button that brings up a file uploader to allow the user to upload the input file required for configuring the POD they wish to deploy.
5) A Create POD button, to initiate the deployment.
6) A "Verify POD" button, to pre-test the deployment without actually impacting the edge site.
7) A cancel button to return to the Edge Site Page.
