[ICN-496] The login password set in nodes.json.sample is not respected and mypasswd is always used by default

In the file deploy/metal3/scripts/nodes.json.sample there is a default password of mypasswd. If you try to change it then it won't be respected. This is hard coded in env/lib/common.sh on line 47 and might be where it is being set.
