[ICN-22] Integrating device Plugins SRIOV & QAT with KuD

Prerequisite: QAT, SRIOV Nic Driver installed, Hugepage allocated, iommu enabled, KuD installation steps, K8s cluster

Resources: QAT Card - Intel® C627 Chipset, Intel Ethernet Controller 700 Series.

Components Version: OS Ubuntu 18.04, KUD version

Task Description: install driver on compute node, and deploy SRIOV and QAT device plugin as daemonset in compute cluster

Testing:

Bootable USB script call driver build script to build driver module

BPA call install script to install driver in target working node

KuD use KubeCtl to apply yaml file to install SRIOV & QAT device plugin in Cluster

Verify SRIOV and QAT device plugin status

Expected Deliverables: driver build script, driver installation script, device plugin yaml file and docker image
