 Description   

Currently the bluval-daily-master job's fail criteria is if any test fails, then the job fails. Since we introduced some non-critical tests lately, allow the job to pass if those tests are failing.

Logparser rules have been moved from ci-management to the validation git repo and updated so that only critical tests lead to job failure.
