 Description   

3 Dell servers have been allocated for a test installation of REC:

  • aknode101
  • aknode102
  • aknode103

A stable ISO (start with LF-185) should be used to create a working REC installation, wading through any technical difficulties that arise such as networking issues, bios settings and user_config.yaml parameters.

This has been completed.  Some notes:

  • ISO image LF-237 was used instead of LF-185
  • A manual step was needed to complete the installation on the Dell servers.  Essentially, controllers 2 and 3 need to be set to boot from the virtual ISO and rebooted.
