For the REC/TA support for SEBA we ended up with a bunch of changes in the helm charts because TA uses a newer version of Kubernetes than what we've been using in IEC. In version 1.16 and above, a number of APIs have been deprecated, following making them obsolete as a first stage. This was also the case in R2 relese of the Akraino SEBA Blueprint (x86 only), but in that situation it was chosen to alter the deployment prior to installing the charts. We are taking a slightly different approach, which should be more CI friendly.

For now, the best solution we see is to create new versions of the affected charts, which will receive a "-1.16" suffix. They will be published in the same helm repos as the first ones, so essentially they will co-exist alongside the ones we tested on IEC deloyments. Some other changes will be needed in the related git repositories in order to make SEBA deploy on TA clusters in CI, but that is the scope of another task.
