 Description

We have begun migrating the IEC jobs to UNH Community Shared Lab. For this purpose, the ThunderX2-pod2 has been tested and configured to be able to deploy IEC on it.

Next, we need to prepare the jumphost for adding it into CI and other related tasks.

The Jenkins slave (ampere-jumphost2) is now connected to the Jenkins master and the POD  has been tested for working properly in the sandbox.

I followed the guidelines from this document for preparing the Jenkins slave:
https://wiki.akraino.org/display/AK/Jenkins+Peering+Guide

In terms of Jenkins slave preparations to deploy with the Fuel installer (needed for IEC) there is a guide on the OPNFV docs:
https://opnfv-fuel.readthedocs.io/en/latest/release/installation/installation.instruction.html#opnfv-software-prerequisites
In this case, it is necessary for creating the network configuration (bridge configurations for admin_br, mgmt_br, public_br) and installing various packages needed by the Fuel Installer.

A number of changes have been created to fulfill this task:
