Timeout of checking the status and state of ONU device is increased since after cleaning up during "Test Cleanup" testcase the device takes time to change its status to UNKNOWN. Fix provided on https://github.com/iecedge/cord-tester/commit/835b732132b4f3742181c74e4d801c1ffbc3553c
