 Description   

ONOS now is built using bazel.
Bazel also needs to be built for aarch64.
After ONOS was built and run there were some errors in logs.

1. Build bazel for aarch64.
Steps are described here : https://docs.bazel.build/versions/master/install-compile-source.html#bootstrap-bazel
Download and extract bazel-1.0.0-dist files.
Install missing dependencies.
env EXTRA_BAZEL_ARGS="--host_javabase=@local_jdk//:jdk" bash ./compile.sh
