 Description   

We need a Jenkins job, in a multi job configuration, for deploying SEBA on top of a IEC deployed cluster.

The job will be part of the bigger ice-{deploy-type}daily{stream} which currently only contains iec-deploy-{deploy-type}daily{stream}

Me and AlexandruAvadanii noticed that right after the change was merged. We tried a bunch of things before Alex realizing the problem was that the usecase could not be expanded in a static list of trigger-builds.

Eventually Alex did the heavylifting and came up with a solution in this change:
