Import charts from https://github.com/open-ness/EMCO/tree/main/deployments/helm/emcoOpenNESS into https://gerrit.onap.org/r/q/project:oom.

  • Replace dependencies with OOM common charts
  • Use OOM common templates where possible

Work rejected upstream: "Since EMCO is now outside of ONAP the idea to integrate it in this way is not valid anymore."
