ICN-448 adds the vFW V2 test script to EMCO.  This task is to run the test script as part of the ICN deploy.

I've got the necessary changes in place and have verified with the VM deploy.  However, the code cannot be submitted until dependent changes are merged into multicloud-k8s project.
