The box building is finished in https://app.vagrantup.com/leyao/boxes/ubuntu1804.
And we can use this for libvirt provider with 'leyao/ubuntu1804'

I finish building the Vagrant ubuntu18.04 image for ICN and upload it to vagrant cloud.
The tag of it is leyao/ubuntu1804 and it only support libvirt provider.
