UI enhancements

The following enhancements should be considered:

• Representation of declarative result info
• Re-deployment of db when persistent storage already exists
• Searching matching fields should be supported in the front-end app
• Loading gif should be displayed when the front-end apps is trying to receive results
• Deletion of submissions should be disabled
