Test case for running Docker Bench for Security

The Docker Bench for Security (https://github.com/docker/docker-bench-security/tree/master) is a script that checks for common best-practices around deploying Docker containers in production. The tests are all automated, and are inspired by the CIS Docker Community Edition Benchmark v1.1.0.

Implement a Robot test case to run all nodes on cluster against this tool.
