Docker image pull is timing out

As part of conformance testing we need to pull 44+ images and some docker is stuck while pulling some images.

Here I am attaching (sonobuoy_images) a file which has all the images pulled as part of conformance testing. All these images are already pulled on OE2 cluster. So to reproduce this issues may delete all the images and try to pull them again.sonobuoy_images
