No logs shall be lost if FluentD is down for a reasonable time period

    Description

      No logs shall be lost during the reasonable time period, but transmitted once connection is restored if FluentD is down for a reasonable time period (couple of minutes let's say) and recovered automatically by standard Kubernetes mechanism.
