Modify hugepages number and reserved cores on performance profile at site level

As we deploy with vms for testing, we don't have enough resources for the chosen performance profile settings. We need to edit the performance profile for the site, and limit to 4 huge pages (we just have 16gb of RAM), and 2 reserved cores (as we just have 4 cpus)
