Add a sample VM deployment with kubevirt

We currently deploy kubevirt but we are not adding any vm creation to the workflow, so it's difficult for new users to know how to create one. It is important also for testing that kubevirt is really working. We need to add the creation of a (centos8) vm, using image registry, to show how to deploy properly.
