[IEC][SEBA] Port remaining images for combined charts

For the latest SEBA port on arm64, we started out by using the tools and charts for SEBA-in-a-Box. This in turn uses a slightly different set (or subset) of charts compared to installing SEBA using the combined charts, cord-platform, seba and att-workflow (see https://charts.opencord.org/).

However, SiaB is mostly a development tool, so in all likelihood it will be necessary to provide the other form of charts as well.

First, we need to port the remaining images , mainly logging and nem-monitoring which are part of cord-platform combined chart, and this will be the subject of this Jira issue.

Later on, we need to figure out how to make these public, preferably in the form of a helm charts repo.
