[IEC][SEBA] Add ENEA pod to Akraino CI

    Description

      We currently have two virtual PODs for running IEC jobs in the Akraino CI, which is not going to work well enough for deploying and testing SEBA.

      We already have a few old ThunderX v1 PODs (baremetal) in the ENEA Lab which still work pretty well for SEBA. We need to add one of them in the CI.
