[IEC][SEBA][PONSim] RG DHCP error

    Description

      After fixing IEC-16, the next step is for the Residential Gateway (rg) pod simulator in PONSim to make a DHCP request to the BNG. However this doesn't work at the moment on aarch64 deployments. On x86 as well I encountered situations where it doesn't work, but it seems to be a different situations.
