      1. Capture Edge site node failure and fix the issue
      2. What happen when a cluster is failed ? What are the expected behavior? What is not working? 
      3. Layout the bug fixes for cluster failure for EMCO
      4. How ICN handle the Network failure and switch failure ?
      5. Layout the test case for the above fail cases
