Replace virtlet with kubevirt
Description
Virtlet's last officially supported Kubernetes version is 1.14. ICN is now on 1.18.9.
The outcome of this story is to remove virtlet, replace it with kubevirt, and support the cFW use case running on top of kubevirt.
