Get the KUD v2.0 in both Offline and online

Acceptance criteria / Definition of Done:

Both the offline and online mode code should be merged into the ICN repo by the timeline.

Offline

• 1. Test the Kubespray 2.10.4 and Kube version v1.14.3
  2. Lab setup for the build server, jump server and compute server
  3. Launch script for ssh apt 
  4. Download script to download the *.deb packages similar to gerrit.akraino.org/r/icn env/ubuntu/bootloader-env/01_bootloader_package_req.sh
  5.  Launch script for docker registry
  6. Script to push all the depended docker images for Kubespray and KUD addons
  7. Launch script for the https server
  8. Download script to download all the tar file and packages into the https server
  9. Change the image and url in the kubespray to point to docker registry and http server
  10. Code deliverables with Kubesrpay in KUD working in offline mode in Bootstrap servers
