Ansible playbook for Multus with KuD

Resources:
Components Version: OS Ubuntu 16.04, KUD version online version
Task Description: Integration of Multus daemonset with KUD as opposed to the current mechanism which pulls multus tarball and installed onto the worker nodes.
Testing: Running the Test Cases, Multus, Virtlet and vFirewall,
Expected Deliverables: Daemonset yaml patch uploaded for review in ONAP
