    Description

      Add support for the V2 vFW test to run when KUD_ENABLE_TESTING is true.  This functionality existed with V1; the main purpose of this story is to enable the same functionality for V2.

      This work consists of 2 parts:

      1. Modify the existing vfw-test.sh to run against a single cluster as part of the run tests phase of the EMCO V2 script.
      2. Add support to the vFW test to pull the values needed from the environment to run against multiple clusters.
