Description
'tuning' CNI plugin can be used to configure MAC address in pods: https://github.com/intel/multus-cni/pull/148/files#diff-04c6e90faac2675aa89e2176d2eec7d8
Current tuning plugin version in kud does not support this. Upgrading the version of 'tuning' plugin to 0.8.2. Here is the link to ONAP Jira: https://jira.onap.org/browse/MULTICLOUD-1024
