Requirement:
1. SDWAN to be tested with OVN with Helm chart to be installed along with ONAP4K8s
2. All pod external traffic route to SDWAN with OVN
3. SDWAN to be running in different namespaces(Logical cloud) and pod within those namespace route the external traffic through SDWAN
