Testing SRIOV

Prerequisite: Ramp up on SRIOV 
Resources: Baremetal server with SRIOV capable NIC + SRIOV pod + DaemonSets running
Components Version: OS Ubuntu 16.04, KUD version online version
Task Description: Once the SRIOV ansible-playbook runs, Ensuring that the pods run fine and the test cases for SRIOV works.
Testing: Making sure the drivers are installed.
Expected Deliverables: Submit patches to be reviewed.
